Productomschrijving
Een emulgator is een hulpstof die het mogelijk maakt olie in water op te lossen. Het is een lichtgeel en stroperig product en is afkomstig uit maïssuikers. Het wordt ook binnen de voedingsindustrie gebruikt en is in principe eetbaar. Door etherische olie en plantolie aan de emulgator toe te voegen, te roeren en door het water te mengen kan een doeltreffende badolie (bademulsie) gemaakt worden. Bij contact met water wordt dit een melkachtige oplossing. Ons advies is om voor een badolie een verhouding van 10% te gebruiken, bijvoorbeeld 9 ml plantolie (zoals jojoba), 1 ml emulgator en maximaal 10 druppels etherische olie.  
Badolie recepten
  Per 10 ml badolie (plantolie gemengd met emulgator):
  • 6 druppels sinaasappel & 4 druppels salie
  • 6 druppels citroen, 2 druppels jeneverbes & 2 druppels rozemarijn
  • 6 druppels grapefruit & 4 druppels lavandin
  • 6 druppels citroen & 4 druppels tijm linalol
