Productomschrijving
Zeer geschikt bij een droge en ouderwordende huid. Chi Macadamia Plant Olie Biologisch is een koudgeperste olie uit de macadamianoot. Opvallend in de olie is het gehalte aan palmitol (palmitoleïne)zuur – een omega-7 vetzuur. Dit vetzuur is een huideigen stof en het belangrijkste bestanddeel van huidtalg, vooral bij kinderen. Onderzoek heeft aangetoond dat de aanmaak van palmitolzuur in huidtalg vermindert naarmate we ouder worden. De huid wordt dan merkbaar droger. Macadamia is daarom zeer geschikt bij een droge en ouderwordende huid. Het voedt niet alleen, maar voorkomt ook oxidatie van huidvetten. Oliën met palmitolzuur zorgen voor een gemakkelijke opname in de huid en een goed spreidingsvermogen. Ook lekker in salades en cakes.
